For example, we will not give or sell confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction.

Check Policy

All Personal Checks must clear before product is shipped. All returned checks will be charged a $30.00 administrative fee.

Shipping and Lead Times

It usually takes 7 business days from the receipt of your order until shipment. We do have times when we run out of one or several soaps on our list. We will recommend substitutes. We prefer not to handle back orders.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. In most cases this means 2-3 days shipping time. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Ingredients Policy

Botanical Skin Works uses only natural and/or organic ingredients in all of our products. We use Neem Extract, Glutamate along with Rosemary Oleoresin Extract, Honey and Vitamin E as preservatives only where necessary. Please be advised our products have a shelf life of 2 years.

All of our ingredients are rigorously tested and verified that they come to us with no animal testing and no added preservatives.

Animal Testing Policy

Botanical Skin Works does not believe in animal testing. Our products are tested on human friendly individuals who relay honest and valuable feedback.

We are member of Leaping Bunny, a Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC). The CCIC promotes a single comprehensive standard and an internationally recognized Leaping Bunny Logo.

If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any Botanical Skin Works product.

Please test all skin products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

Product Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. If you wish to return a product please login to your account and obtain a return authorization number.

Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping, however, those items must be returned so that we can make a claim to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. ONLY Credit will be applied to your Account, not your credit card.

After the number has been obtained, you can return the product by doing the following:

1. Place the original (or copy of the original) invoice in the box.
2. Clearly write the return invoice number on the outside of the box.
